House Manager recruitment

The role of a House Manager

A House Manager is a senior member of property management staff and typically have a private service, PA, military, yachting, or 5* hotel background. A House Manager can be responsible for multiple properties.

For larger household setups: House Managers conduct a more delegatory role, overseeing interior and exterior staff such as housekeepers, nannies, chefs, butlers, drivers, gardeners and groundsmen.

For smaller staff setups: House Managers tend to have a more hands-on approach and will personally step in and assist with duties such as table service, driving, or offer light PA support.
