The role of an Estate Manager

An Estate Manager is required in several circumstances. They are hired for multi-estate management roles, involving multiple/global properties, yachts or commercial buildings. In such scenarios, the Estate Manager will often travel between properties on a frequent basis, managing private household staff and yacht crew.
Alternatively, an Estate Manager is hired for private estates with a large amount of land, livestock, or stables and is required to live on-site. Their knowledge of land management is especially important should the property include woodland areas, lakes, or conservation areas for wildlife.
