The Staff Directory provides top-level candidates for temporary & seasonal positions within domestic, corporate and superyacht settings worldwide.
Examples of candidate placements could be a housekeeper to cover annual leave, a PA or EA to assist you on a temporary basis, chalet staff for a winter season, a maternity nurse for a new arrival, a yacht stewardess for a charter season, a chef for a dinner party, or perhaps a nanny to travel with you during the school holidays.
To ensure we are able to suggest the most suitable candidates for a role, we advise our clients to begin the recruitment process a minimum of 4 weeks in advance for all seasonal roles.
Our temporary Nannies and childcare candidates are typically the busiest during the school holidays, so it's worth making your booking in advance when possible. Maternity Nurses will need a booking window of 2/3 months before the client's due date. Other temporary childcare roles include Mother's Help, Governess/Tutors & Nanny/Housekeepers.
Temporary Housekeeping is generally required to cover the annual leave of an existing staff member or to provide additional housekeeping support during busy periods, such as throughout the school holidays or over the festive season. Many candidates are willing to travel, should you wish to take your Housekeeper to a secondary residence.
A temporary or freelance Assistant can offer short term cover for circumstances such as maternity leave, new office setups, diary & administrative projects, filming/on set talent support or home relocations. Private PAs, Entertainment/Celebrity PAs, Creative PAs & Executive Assistants can all step in when needed to assist on a temporary basis.
We provide interior Yacht Crew for temporary, seasonal and full-time placements. Positions include; Chief Stewardess, Junior Stew, Purser, Owners PA, Butler & Yacht Chef. Candidates will have a range of experience, from industry greenies to those with established yachting careers. Candidates must hold an STCW95 & ENG1. Some may also hold a B1B2 visa.
We provide exceptional Chefs & Butlers for dinner parties & small events, for temporary staff cover, or to accompany our clients to overseas residences or on vacation. We also provide Chefs for yoga and detox retreats. Staff accommodation must be provided for all overseas placements. Locations we cover include Europe, USA & the Caribbean.
We place chalet staff for seasons in France, Italy, Austria & Switzerland. Chefs & Hosts are available for roles within privately-owned chalets and with luxury ski companies. Accommodation must be available throughout the season. Chalet Chefs & Hosts/Butlers can also be booked for a minimum of 1 week for those only needing staff for short trips.

Candidates for all Private Household positions are available on a temporary basis and are typically hired during the school holidays or over the festive season.
We provide experienced candidates for Interior Yacht Crew positions, including Chief Stewardess/Steward, Purser, Junior Stewardess, Yacht Chef, Butler & Owners PA.
Chalet Chefs & Hosts are also available and can be booked for a short trip or a full winter season.

Our bespoke service
The first step of the recruitment process is a run-through of your requirements for temporary staff. Details we will need to get started include location, duration of the booking, salary available and a description of the role.
Once we have a detailed job description and your availability to host interviews (in person or remotely), we will set about creating a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. We appreciate that your time is valuable, therefore we filter through large volumes of applications, presenting only the most experienced and well-matched individuals for the role.
It is our philosophy that clear communication will help to secure the right candidate within a role. For us, this means a thorough and well-executed search with a great deal of due diligence taken throughout. All candidates under our representation require a suitable level of experience and verifiable references. Childcare candidates must also hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate and an enhanced background check.
