A travelling private Chef with a talent for Southeast Asian cuisine is required for a client based between the USA, London and across the globe. The client is based in the USA but travels outside of the US for over half of the year therefore this position is open to all passport holders. The clients have two travelling Chefs to cover both Principals and to cover annual leave.
The client has two meals per day including a light lunch, and dinner between 17.00-18.00 every evening, he also eats out fairly frequently. The client and his wife do not enjoy sweet dishes or desserts but favour bold flavours and a varied mix of global cuisine, from classic American dishes to Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Southeast Asian flavour profiles. An emphasis is on a balanced and healthy diet from day to day.
Suitable applicants will have experience as a private chef within private or superyacht settings. Experience working within top-level restaurant kitchens is a plus.
