At The Staff Directory, our registered candidates are fully-vetted with relevant industry experience and verifiable references.
Every applicant is subject to in-depth due diligence checks before being placed by the agency, including identity, right to work status, and employment reference checking in advance of any global domestic or corporate placement. Any candidate wishing to apply for positions including childcare (such as Nannies, Nanny/PAs and Maternity Nurses), are required to hold an up to date paediatric first-aid certificate and an enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) background check.
A complimentary background check can be arranged upon client request for any candidate ahead of their proposed start date.
