We are recruiting a private chef to join an established team of household staff. This is a Sous Chef position with a client in the world of motorsport. You will be trained and mentored by the client's Executive Chef. The role will require travel within the UK and Internationally in the longer team.
Candidates should be familiar with French and Italian cuisine and willing to learn the client’s preferences with the guidance and support of the Executive Chef in London.
A broader network of Chefs is in place globally, spanning Switzerland, the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. A team player is essential, as is the ability and flexibility to travel as needed once you have established yourself within the team.
Initially, the selected candidate can expect to travel within the UK, typically between the client’s base in Central London, the client’s countryside residence in Oxfordshire, and Formula 1 headquarters in Gaydon.
A driver is essential. A vehicle is available for work use, and accommodation will be provided for all travel.
This opportunity should be viewed as a long-term position. Both the client’s private and corporate staff have long tenures and have held their roles for many years.
The Executive Chef is seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can be trained and educated; therefore, this role is not open to applicants who have previously held an Executive Restaurant Chef position, as you would be overqualified.
