Luxury Villa Housekeeping Staff – Ibiza
We are recruiting a housekeeper for a permanent position in Ibiza. Accommodation is provided on site and the client is offering a competitive salary for the ideal candidate.
Ideal applicants will have a background in luxury villas, private households, or yachting and must hold an EU passport. This is a full-time permanent role working alongside a team of existing villa staff.
The villa is used approximately 8-10 weeks of the year. The Spanish contract offers 14 months of salary per year.
This role is available immediately. Interviews will take place via video call with the client’s family office.

- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Tidying & organising
- Arranging dry cleaning
- Reporting maintenance tasks to the villa manager
- Working closely with the supporting team
