Lifestyle Collection Booking – Private Chef & Server
An experienced private chef and server are required for a booking in West London. Our client is hosting a BBQ for 45 guests and would like the chef to prepare a delicious selection of salads, sides and proteins such as steaks, chops, lobster, fish etc plus a vegetarian option. The server will be on hand to assist the chef with kitchen prep and cleaning up.
The chef will have full access to the kitchen in advance to prepare everything on-site and is welcome to place ingredients orders ahead of time to be delivered to the property using their preferred suppliers.
Applicants will need to submit their CV, portfolio and a proposed BBQ menu.
Responsibilities
Chef
- Shopping
- Menu planning
- Food preparation including preparing overnight marinades in advance
- Assisting with service
- Setting a buffet table for the BBQ and desserts
- Liaising with the client’s PA to confirm menu selection and advise on any guest dietary requirements
Server
- Serving and preparing drinks
- Assisting the chef with basic kitchen prep and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy ahead of the event
- Stocking the bar
- Keeping the buffet areas refreshed
- Seeing to client and guest requests throughout the event
- Polishing glasses
- Cleaning up and leaving the property clean and organised
