Our client with an award-winning business in Yorkshire is looking for exceptional staff both for the kitchen and front of house. The owners would like to replicate superyacht/Michelin standards within the establishment and is looking for keen, sharp candidates to complete the team. The pub has an established heritage and offers luxury boutique accommodation and has a 2-month waiting list for restaurant guests.
We are actively recruiting CDPs and a Chef de Rang (lead FOH). Those with Michelin restaurant or superyacht experience are preferred. CDPs with top hotel or Michelin restaurant experience may also apply.
All roles offer staff accommodation if required (at no charge) plus a share of the tronc (tips, service charges and gratuities).
This is an ideal role for candidates looking for a permanent or seasonal role, the owner is open to applicants who would like to work during the autumn and winter months and return to yachting during the summer if preferred.
