We are working with Swiss-based partners to recruit a private chef for an UHNW client this winter season. The luxury property has been leased from November to April.
The Chef will prepare healthy dishes served family-style whilst the client does not have guests. A slightly more formal menu may be needed when guests are staying.
The family stick to a healthy diet from day to day. Breakfast is simple and snacks are typically smoothies, fruit plates, crudites and low carbohydrate options. You will only need to prepare lunch if the client and guests are not skiing on bad weather days or if they are not choosing to have lunch on the mountain. Picnics in the springtime may need preparing on occasion.
Dinner will be healthy and balanced with small-bite canapes and drinks served before dinner.
Unlike many chalet kitchens, the kitchen is separate from the dining area (not open to guest areas). The dining table seats a maximum of 12 guests. The Chef will cater for approximately 6 people on average.
Accommodation: The role offers an apartment a short walk from the chalet.
Salary package: 12,000.00 CHF per month plus a lift pass and ski/board & boot hire for the season.
Two housekeepers will be on site each day to ensure the chalet is immaculate at all times.
