A VIP client with an award-winning pub/restaurant in Yorkshire is looking for a Chef de Partie. The client would like to replicate superyacht/Michelin standards within the establishment and is looking for a keen, sharp candidate to complete the team. The pub has an established heritage, offers luxury boutique accommodation and has a 2-month waiting list for diners.
We are actively recruiting a Chef de Partie. Those with Michelin restaurant or superyacht experience are preferred, however, this is not absolutely essential. The ideal candidate will be a yacht chef looking for a temporary contract from Nov-April, finishing in time for the start of the Mediterranean yachting season.
All roles offer staff accommodation if required (at no charge) plus a share of the tronc (tips, service charges and gratuities).
This is an ideal role for candidates looking for a seasonal role, however, the owner is also open to applicants who are looking for a permanent CDP position.
