EA to CEO – Luxury British Sportscar Manufactuer

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly-experienced Executive Assistant. The role is a 1-1 position at C-Suite senior leadership level supporting the CEO of a world-renowned luxury sportscar manufacturer. The client requires a candidate who can act as a reliable and forward-thinking right hand, shadowing meetings when required and managing a back to back diary. This is a rare and unique opportunity for an accomplished and switched-on EA to join one of the most renowned luxury brands in the world.

Candidates must have significant experience working as a Corporate Assistant at Senior Executive/C-Suite level within large corporations.

The is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate accustomed to fast-paced environments, with daily changes to meeting schedules, travel arrangements etc. The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure and have the ability to adapt quickly when required.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are both essential qualities for any candidate wishing to apply for this role. You will be working at the very top of your field and liaising with a large global team therefore all applicants must be excellent communicators and practised team players.

The position does not require frequent travel, however, a degree of flexibility will most certainly be required.

The client is looking for an EA with a tremendous level of efficiency, in addition to a confident approach and the ability to communicate and problem-solve.

Applicants with Italian and/or German language skills would be of huge interest to the client. This is purely a bonus and not essential.

This role would suit an applicant who can display a degree of longevity in previous employment supporting at CEO/Executive board level within a large corporation.

Salary: £80,000.00-£100,00.00+ (plus accommodation allowance if required)

Accommodation Allowance & Bonuses: An accommodation allowance is provided for any applicant requiring relocation. Annual bonus scheme available.

Hours: Monday-Friday

Travel: Travel is not currently expected

Responsibilities

  • Business & personal diary management
  • Preparing documents/presentations for on-site meetings
  • Meeting diary (internal & external)
  • Working closely with the wider team including legal, compliance, engineering and PA team
  • Inbox management
  • Reading letters and drafting responses
  • Travel itineraries & flights (private & commercial)
  • Liaising with private pilots
  • Arranging insurance (health, travel etc)
  • Visa applications (extensive)
  • Follow-ups with client
  • Creating board packs
  • Accounting & expenses
  • Shopping, gift sourcing & errand running
  • A degree of private support (utilities, household staff management etc)

Key requirements

  • Fluent English essential
  • Fluent German a bonus
  • Conversational Italian a bonus
  • Extensive experience as a Corporate Exec Assistant
  • A fast thinker, able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Detail orientated
  • Able to plan ahead and anticipate the client’s requirements
  • A confident manner
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Degree educated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
