The owner of the restaurant is looking for a talented front of house professional who will greet their valued repeat clients and new diners with a warm, friendly welcome with an emphasis on attention to detail, remembering names, dietary requirements, favoured dishes and wine preferences.
Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
This popular restaurant is a high-end establishment, offering a la carte menus and fine wines, utilising fresh Mediterranean ingredients, some from the on-site vegetable garden, all presented with a modern twist and approach.
