Freelance Chef – Central London
A last minute private chef booking is available. A highly accomplished private chef is required to fill a temporary booking between 9th-13th December. This UHNW client and has two full-time Chefs who will be either on leave or required elsewhere between these dates. Applicants must have exceptional experience as a private chef (yacht and private household accepted) and a broad repertoire of global cuisines. Repeat bookings are likely should this be a great success as the client hosts frequent dinner parties.
Dietary restrictions/preferences
This freelance positions requires the chef to cook at the Principal’s base on Saville Row. You will typically be cooking for the Principal and possibly a few associates each day. Any dinner parties will be discussed with the chosen chef if they are put in the diary between now and the start date.
The following ingredients are not to be used
- Garlic
- Raw onion
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Chilli
- Dill
- Coriander
- Mushroom
- Truffles
- Dishes with too much spice
Key requirements
- Catering for all meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner (with snacks as required)
- Cleaning the kitchen and keeping your station tidy and organised at all times
- Catering to any dietary requirements of work associates as required
- Presenting in immaculate chef whites for every service
- Sticking to client preferences and being sure to avoid disliked ingredients
- 07.00 start for breakfast service
- Dinner is served at 19.00 each evening
