Freelance PA – West London

This is a 1-1 role supporting a female online fashion entrepreneur based in West London. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible in order to assist with the busy festive season ahead.

Applicants can expect to work virtually, with the occasional need to attend in person.

Those with plenty of experience of personal shopping, gift sourcing, travel planning, styling and wardrobe management will be of particular interest to our client.

This is a new role and would suit a self-starter who is proactive, capable and can manage their own time. A business assistant is already in place, allowing you to focus on personal support only.

This is a great role for a classic Girl Friday who is able to turn their hand to whatever may be required.
A degree of staff management is expected (part-time cleaners, external contractors etc).

Initial interviews will take place via Zoom/FaceTime.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Personal shopping
• Product research and resourcing
• Gift sourcing
• Christmas and event planning
• Personal diary
• Travel planning, research and itineraries
• Overseeing part-time cleaners
• Managing contractors
• Assisting with wardrobe management/cataloguing, packing suitcases for trips etc
• Online grocery orders
• Post office runs and errand running

Key requirements

To be suitable for this role, you must have:

• Experience as a private PA
• An independent, proactive and capable approach
• Thrive in a 1-1 role
• Experience of event planning
• A flexible level of availability
