PA/House Manager – Belgravia (Ideal for PA or Yacht Crew)

This is a great opportunity to join an International household at senior management level. The client is a high-profile individual and requires staff with absolute professionalism in addition to an awareness of security, offering the highest level of confidentiality and of course, absolute discretion.

Suitable applicants will have a background within the private household and/or superyacht industry.

You will be taking over from the existing house manager who has a chief stewardess background. She will be remaining on the team whilst supporting another member of the wider family in the role of a personal assistant.

A full handover will take place ahead of the House Manager’s reassignment.

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Supporting Principals and staff to ensure the smooth running of the residence at all times
• Staff rotas
• Staff training
• Errand running, purchasing and gift sourcing
• Overseeing external contractors
• Liaising with security
• Greeting visitors and guests
• Table service
• Organising dinner parties
• Restocking of household items
• Liaising with Chefs
• Managing household expenses

Key requirements

• Previous private household and/or superyacht experience
• Confidence and skill-set to run a large VIP household (assistance available for more junior applicants)
• Availability to start December 2021
• Background check
• Strong references
• Highly organised and capable approach
