Housekeeper – Hampstead

This role would suit a candidate with a private staff background or a combination of private household and luxury hotels or superyachts.

The residence is a 5-storey townhouse comprising of the main master suite and 5-ensuite bedrooms, living areas, pool, cinema room and garden. The residence is covered 7-days per week with a weekend housekeeper already in place.

Additional staff include a nanny, housekeeping, private chef, PA, maintenance/handyman, gardener and specialist contractors.

Wardrobe management is required with vintage and delicate fabrics requiring expert care. Handwashing of some delicate garments is required as not all items are sent out for dry cleaning.

This role would suit a housekeeper with previous private household experience and careful attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a live-in position Mon-Fri. The selected housekeeper must return home every weekend.

Alternatively, should you require full-time accommodation a 6-day week is possible with accommodation available Mon-Sun. Candidates looking for a live-out role may still apply, however, please clarify this at the point of application.

Suitable candidates will have previous private household experience and be accustomed to households with young children.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping of 5-storey residence
• Laundry and careful handwashing of delicate garments
• Organising items to be sent out for dry cleaning
• Wardrobe management
• Assisting the nanny with children’s wardrobe
• Packing and unpacking of suitcases
• Cooking is not required as the family have a full time private chef
