Housekeeper (Penthouse) – Belgravia
We are recruiting an exceptional housekeeper for repeat clients in Belgravia. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a professional and experienced team of staff. The client retains staff for many years and has recently promoted a member of the housekeeping team, leaving an opening for a new candidate.
The selected candidate will work 5 days per week with two rotating shifts. 08.00 – 16.00 or 10.00 – 18.00.
The ideal applicant will be well presented with a minimum of 3+ years of private household experience. Those with attention to detail and experience of working within a wider housekeeping team would be of great interest to the client.
This role provides an opportunity to join a highly accomplished team including housekeeping, private chefs, butlers, drivers, property management and personal assistants.
Interviews will be taking place from early December and the position will start the first week in January.
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Handling dry cleaning and hand washing delicate fabrics
- Packing & unpacking suitcases
- Detailed cleaning when the client is not in residence
- Dusting, vacuuming, tidying and organising
- Turning down beds
- Refreshing flowers (the florist comes once per week)
- Maintaining stone and marble floors
Key requirements
- Previous professional experience as a private housekeeper
- DBS background check
- Employment references
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Polished personal presentation
