Butler/Client Concierge (Sardinia)
We are looking for an Italian speaking candidate for a Client Concierge/Guest Butler position at a 10 bedroom luxury villa in the south of Sardinia. Start date is flexible for the ideal candidate. The client is open to a candidate who can either start next Spring (season is typically May-October), as well as looking at applicants who would like to start immediately and finish the current season, working through until October.
This is a role for a keen and enthusiastic candidate with hospitality/concierge experience. The ideal candidate will have a hotel background, however, the client will also consider those with private household and super yacht experience.
The villa is located right on a beach and is used for private bookings with UHNW clientele as well as luxury weddings with up to 120 guests. The owners also run exclusive yoga and detox retreats from the property.
The chosen candidate will be joining a team including a Chef, Waiting staff, Villa Management, Housekeeping and Managing Director/Owner who plays an active role.
Applicants with sommelier training would be of interest to the client, however, this is not essential as the wine cellar is managed by the wine supplier and the chef.
Accommodation is provided close to the villa with all bills paid.
Languages required: Fluent Italian & English
Package:
- Salary: €2000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

- 6-month contract to cover spring & summer season
- 1 day off per week (if client schedule allows)

Responsibilities
- Butler service
- Guest packing & unpacking
- Client concierge/guest liaison services (booking treatments, activities, restaurants, travel etc)
- Wine service
- Cocktail making
- Refreshments
- Assisting with the management of temporary event staff
- Running errands for guests
- Personal shopping for guests
