We are looking for two private chefs for a brunch event at a large private estate in Surrey.
The chefs will cater for 21 guests and must offer a varied brunch menu. We expect buffet service of eggs, pancakes, juices, smoothies, avocado toast, fruit salads etc. Due to the timing of the event, it is likely some prep will need to be done the day before.
The property is a large luxury residence that is used for high-profile guests. Should this booking be a success, it is very likely you would be booked again in the future for other VIP rental clients.
We would ideally like to find two chefs who have previously worked together to ensure the smooth running of the event, but this is not essential.
Due to the rural location of the estate, the chefs must hold a driving licence.
This role would suit those with a private chef, yacht chef or a Michelin restaurant background.
