Live-In Professional Couple for UHNW Family – Ibiza
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional couple to manage and maintain a newly built luxury villa in Ibiza. This is a long-term, live-in opportunity for a pair who work seamlessly together to ensure a high standard of comfort, cleanliness, and efficiency in a private household setting. When the Principal and their family are in residence your roles will be more hands on. When the villa is rented your help required will be much less, though you will be required for airport pickups and be the main points of contact for any guests.

Responsibilities
Role Overview:
Between them, the successful couple will take on the following responsibilities:
Housekeeper/Cook
- Maintain the villa to impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation year-round
- Provide light, homestyle cooking when the Principal and their family are in residence
- Manage household supplies and liaise with any external cleaning services, if needed
Chauffeur/Handyman
- Perform general property maintenance and liaise with service providers and contractors
- Pool maintenance
- Drive the Principal and guests as needed, including airport transfers during rental periods
- Oversee and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are regularly serviced, cleaned, and in prime condition
- Oversee the security and upkeep of the villa when vacant or rented to guests
Key requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a couple in private service
- One or both individuals must speak a good level of Spanish and additionally be fluent in either English, German, or Russian
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- A genuine desire for a long-term, stable role
- No pets allowed
