Personal Assistant – London & Global Travel

Fully negotiable DOE|London + Global Travel|Permanent

We are recruiting a highly experienced Personal Assistant for a film director. This is a London based 1-1 role where the selected applicant will be an invaluable right-hand to the client. Applicants must be flexible to travel when the Principal is filming. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established team at the very top of the film industry. Extensive private PA experience is essential.

Suitable candidates will be switched on with Private PA experience. Applicants must be fit, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

A driving licence is essential (particularly for errand running when filming overseas, or attending appointments in the UK countryside). Candidates must be happy riding a bicycle in Central London as the Principal will typically choose not to drive to appointments and meetings nearby and cycle instead.

In addition to film directing, the client owns several businesses across a variety of sectors therefore this role will suit a candidate who has previous experience with extensive diary & calendar management and travel logistics.

This is an incredible opportunity for any PA who is looking for a fulfilling role within an informal yet thoroughly professional team. Those with few personal commitments would be most suitable for this role as national and international travel is expected.

Household management is not required within this role, this is a pure 1-1 PA position.

Travel is required for business travel only, you are not required to accompany the Principal whilst on vacation.

Should you possess the skills, proactive and capable approach, and high-level experience for this role, we encourage your swift application and covering letter.

An NDA is required before further client information is disclosed to shortlisted applicants.
