We are recruiting a Chef with Michelin experience for UHNW clients in Central London. Some travel to the French Alps in the Winter and the South of France in the summer is expected.
To apply for this role applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within Michelin kitchens.
The clients are a formal household where fine dining dishes and spectacular presentation are needed.
You will be required to work 5 days per week, which will include the weekends if the Principals are in residence.
The client owns global properties and is not in London on a constant basis. Some travel is expected however this is limited to the French Alps in February and the South of France in July & August.
You will be joining a large team of household staff and will be guided by the Principals Head Butler/Travelling Estate Manager. You must liaise with him on a daily basis, ensuring service runs smoothly and on time.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal and access to the best suppliers.
Food must be elegant with polished presentation using seasonal ingredients where possible. The kitchen must be kept clean and in good order at all times.
To be suitable for this role you must be an excellent team-player with smart personal presentation and a large repertoire of international cuisine and classic techniques.
Maximum starting salary is £55,000.00 with the possibility of a raise to £60,000.00 after a successful 3 month probation period.
