We are recruiting a private Chef for UHNW clients in Kensington.
The client owns global properties and is not in London on a constant basis. Some travel is expected however this is limited to the French Alps in February and the South of France in July/August.
You will be joining a large team of household staff and will be guided by the Principals Head Butler/Travelling Estate Manager. You must liaise with him on a daily basis, ensuring service runs smoothly and on time.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal and access to the best suppliers.
Food must be elegant with polished presentation using seasonal ingredients where possible. The kitchen must be kept clean and in good order at all times.
To be suitable for this role you must be an excellent team-player with smart personal presentation and a large repertoire of international cuisine and classic techniques.
