A talented private chef is required for clients based between London, NYC & The Hamptons. Those with a focus on healthy eating would be of interest to our client. This is a 6-week temporary booking from May until mid-June.
Clients from the USA are looking for a freelance chef to cater during their time spent at their UK residence in London. The first booking will be over 6-weeks in May & June. Should the temp booking be a success, you will be called upon in the future when the family come to London.
Chefs are asked to work either 4 or 5 days per week (Wednesday-Sun or Thur-Sun).
The household enjoys vegetarian dishes, chicken or fish with plenty of leafy greens, soups, consomme’s, salads, wild rice and healthy grains. They like sophisticated flavour profiles using plenty of herbs but not too much spice or chilli. Mediterranean dishes, Japanese and Asian dishes are all favourites.
Excellent local suppliers and Wholefoods are just around the corner, offering the chef excellent produce and seasonal ingredients on the doorstep.
Travel is not required this summer, however, candidates should be open to travelling to the USA if required for future bookings.
