This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced Private Chef with knowledge and an extensive repertoire of plant-based and nutritionally balanced dishes. Please note you are required to prepare and cook meat and fish when required.
This is a role for a Chef with substantial experience within private household or super yacht settings. You will be catering for the family, private staff and security covering several dietary requirements (approx 25).
There is the option of travelling to LA for several months each year, however, this is optional should the selected candidate prefer to cover residences in London and Europe only (retainer an option for 4 months each year if you should prefer not to go to LA Dec-March & August). The start date is flexible for the ideal candidate as a temporary Chef can be arranged from May 19th.
Beautiful presentation of dishes is hugely important (Matthew Kenney approach to nutrition and presentation is a favourite of the client). You will have access to the best available ingredients and are encouraged to work with bold and exciting flavours. There is a pizza oven in LA and well-equipped kitchens in all locations.
Hours are typically 09.30-19.00. Entertaining is expected during major holidays and family occasions, birthdays etc.
The clients are a couple with young children who travel frequently. Several Chefs and household staff are in place to cover all locations throughout the year.
