The Role
We are seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Private Chef to join a discreet Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) household. This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef with an impeccable private service background who is passionate about delivering restaurant-quality cuisine while specialising in precision macro-based nutrition.
The successful candidate will combine culinary excellence with an in-depth understanding of performance nutrition, tailoring every meal to specific macronutrient targets without compromising on flavour, presentation or variety.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to exact macro and nutritional requirements.
- Design varied, seasonal menus that balance health, taste and presentation.
- Work closely with the principals to adapt menus to changing fitness, health, or lifestyle goals.
- Source the highest quality ingredients from premium suppliers.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen is immaculate at all times.
- Cater for occasional entertaining, private dinners and family events.
- Accommodate dietary preferences, allergies and special requests with creativity and discretion.
- Maintain detailed nutritional records and recipes where required.
- Travel with the family on occasion to ensure continuity of service (TBC)
Key requirements
- Extensive experience working as a Private Chef within UHNW or HNW households.
- Proven expertise in macro counting, sports nutrition and performance-focused meal planning.
- Strong understanding of calorie tracking and nutritional optimisation.
- Exceptional culinary skills across a broad range of international cuisines.
- Experience creating meals that are both highly nutritious and visually outstanding.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Absolute discretion, professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible approach to working hours and occasional travel.
- Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional culinary qualification from a recognised institution.
- Additional qualifications in nutrition, sports nutrition or dietetics are highly desirable.
- Food Hygiene Level 3 (minimum).
- Experience supporting athletes, executives or high-performance individuals.
