We are currently recruiting two private Chefs to cover a 7-day rota within a formal UHNW Indian Household. Chefs with a superyacht or Michelin background would be of particular interest.
The household consists of 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 & 11. One child must follow a dairy-free and gluten-free diet.
The Principals enjoy Mediterranean, classic French, Italian, Indian and Thai cuisine. Fish & seafood is a particular favourite. The family do not entertain frequently, however, guests Chefs will be flown in from India to cater Indian banquets several times a year.
The kitchen must have Chef cover from 7am-11pm (breakfast, lunch & dinner), 7 days a week, therefore we are looking to recruit two exceptional Chefs who can share a rolling rota.
The household is extremely family orientated and the Principals encourage the children to explore a variety of cuisine. Inventive ideas for children’s plane food/lunch boxes (when attending playdates etc), is important.
You are required to keep an immaculate kitchen at all times, be organised and work well within a team.
