A temporary Private Chef is required for a booking from 21st July to August 29th. Flights and accommodation can be arranged should the ideal candidate be based outside of Menorca.
The booking will require a chef to cater for 4-10 guests. The selected Chef will be catering for family and occasional dinner guests (never more than a maximum of 10 around the table).
The family enjoy healthy cuisine and encourage the use of seasonal local produce. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, shellfish local dishes (such as escalivada, albondigas, paella, sobrassada, croquetas etc) fragrant salads & healthy grains.
A small kitchen garden is available to the chef who is encouraged to make the most of what is grown at the property, including making delicious sorbets and ice creams.
A housekeeper and gardener are on-site to assist you when required.
Location – 20 minutes from Mahon airport in the south of the island. The Principal’s private villa is based just 5 minutes from the island’s top vineyard, Binifadet.
The fish market is just a 15-minute drive away in the town of Mahon and well-stocked greengrocers, butchers and bakeries are just a 5-minute drive in the small village of San Luis.
