A Private Chef is required for a booking in Regents Park on March 3rd. You will be catering for 10 adults and will need to prepare a selection of family-style platters including protein options including meat and fish, Ottolenghi style salads and sides plus a dessert.
The client enjoys relaxed, family service where guests can help themselves. Mediterranean/Middle-Eastern Ottolenghi style dishes are a firm favourite with emphasis on flavour and beautiful presentation.
You will have access to the kitchen from 08.00 on the day allowing time for any marinated meats or setting of desserts etc.
The selected applicant will be liaising directly with the client’s PA who can confirm menu choices, arrival times and inform you of any equipment on-site in advance.
All applicants must provide a copy of their portfolio if we do not already have it on file.
