A world-renowned business in the private aviation sector is looking for a Secretary/Office Manager for their London office in Mayfair.
The client is willing to consider more junior applicants as well as experienced candidates with a suitable career background.
Candidates must have had some level of exposure to the world of UHNW lifestyle and have a confident telephone manner.
Your time will be divided into 40% office management, 60% supporting the team, including sales, marketing, legal, and accounting departments. The position requires diary management, organising meeting rooms, distributing post, fielding calls to the correct department/individual, handling expenses and general errand running.
You are required Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with some level of flexibility to work remotely as required.
This is a new position within the organisation due to the London office being expanded. What had previously been managed remotely by the company’s multiple sites in the USA, will now be delegated to the office manager on-site in London.
This role offers the selected candidate an excellent opportunity to make the position their own and develop successful systems that ensure a smoothly run office.
Those with previous experience of private aviation or yacht charter or purchasing would be of great interest to the client, however, this is not essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of admin/secretarial experience to apply.
