Temporary Personal Assistant – Knightsbridge
We are recruiting a Temporary Personal Assistant for repeat HNW clients in Knightsbridge. The Assistant will work from two rental properties throughout the two-month booking. The clients will be spending 2-months in London from November 20th before returning to their home in Monaco.
This is a lovely booking for a temp PA looking to support a great client throughout the busy festive season. The clients have two young children and are looking for a warm, friendly and organised assistant who will be a nice fit for the household during their 2-month stay in London.
Responsibilities
- Grocery Ordering (online & in-store)
- Processing and sending out online shopping returns
- Assisting with the move – packing & unpacking
- Wrapping Christmas presents
- Errand running
- Home management; keeping the house tidy, making daily smoothies, taking out the trash in absence of housekeeping
Key requirements
- DBS check
- 3+ years of PA experience
- Supporting references
- Relaxed yet professional manner
