A highly experienced freelance private chef is required for UHNW clients in Surrey. The booking is based at the Principal's countryside residence. Staff accommodation provided. Candidates will have 1 day off per week throughout May & June.
Chefs must have a wide repertoire of international cuisine and a good knowledge of dietary requirements.
Booking dates are May 1st-June 30th (Monday’s off).
The Chef will cook for the Principal, his family (including a young child) and any guests. The number of guests expected will depend on current government restrictions.
The chosen chef will also be required to prepare meals/fridge fillers for their day off. Additional staff will plate/reheat as required.
Covid testing is required on a weekly basis.
