A travelling private Chef with a talent for Southeast Asian cuisine is required for a client based between the USA and London. Two primary residences are located in Miami and London with further travel expected to San Francisco, NYC and around the world.
The client has two meals per day including a light lunch, and dinner between 17.00-18.00 every evening, he also eats out fairly frequently. The client and his wife do not enjoy sweet dishes or desserts but favour bold flavours and a varied mix of global cuisine, from classic American dishes to Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Southeast Asian flavour profiles. An emphasis is on a balanced and healthy diet from day to day.
Suitable applicants will have experience as a private chef within private or superyacht settings. Experience working within top-level restaurant kitchens is a plus.
Applicants must hold the necessary visa or passport to work within the USA. Accommodation is provided at all times. An apartment is available for your use in Miami and a hotel reservation will be made for you when travelling
