Luxury Villa Staff – Ibiza (Suitable for Villa Staff or Yacht Crew)
We are currently recruiting two highly experienced front of house staff for a luxury private villa on the Balearic island of Ibiza. The selected candidates will be fluent in English and have previous experience working in luxury villas or onboard superyachts. Accommodation is provided. The coastline estate with panoramic views is a hot spot for discerning international guests who are looking for a place of calm and luxury bespoke service.
This is a seasonal role in a particularly spectacular setting. You will work alongside a team of front-of-house staff, covering all hospitality areas of the estate. Other staff include senior management, client concierge, healthy and beauty, personal training and pilates instructors, grounds keepers etc.
This would be a great opportunity for two individuals or friends who have worked together previously.

Salary: €3500.00 per month plus tips and accommodation
Start date: End of April/first week in May
Key requirements
- Those applying must have the right to work in the EU for the entire 6-month contract.
- Supporting references
- DBS check
- Warm, approachable and highly professional approach to your role
- Driving licence a bonus
- Spanish language skills are a bonus, but are not essential, as all staff and guests speak English
